 2nd International Conference on Distributed Systems, Computer Networks and Cybersecurity – (ICDSCNC 2026)  aims at bringing together researchers, scientists, engineers, research scholars and industrial participants around the world to a common platform to share their experiences, new ideas, and research findings on all aspects of Computer Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The researchers will present the state of the art of expansion and technical explanation covering a wide range of engineering subjects. This conference offers an international forum for sharing ideas, discussing the findings of research and introducing theoretical and practical applications in these fields. The current focus of global science, Electronics & Communication Engineering trends, interdisciplinary research and engineering activities are expressed in this conference.

第二届分布式系统、计算机网络和网络安全国际会议（ICDSCNC 2026）旨在将世界各地的研究人员、科学家、工程师、研究学者和行业参与者聚集到一个共同的平台，分享他们在计算机工程和电气与电子工程各个领域的经验、新想法和研究成果。研究人员将展示涵盖广泛工程学科的最新扩展和技术阐释。本次会议提供了一个国际论坛，供大家分享思想、讨论研究成果，并介绍这些领域的理论和实际应用。会议还将探讨全球科学的当前焦点、电子与通信工程的发展趋势、跨学科研究以及工程活动。

大创项目书, 课程论文均可安排投稿.

页数限制

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit high quality original, previously unpublished, experimental or theoretical research papers for presentation at the Conference. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. The paper should be in the format strictly as per the Paper Template given below. The papers should be drafted in English with a maximum of Eight (8) pages and minimum of 4 pages including figures, tables and references. The paper will be peer reviewed by domain experts of the respective tracks by the Technical Program Committee. Kindly do not submit the paper multiple times; it may lead to cancellation of your paper.

鼓励有意向的作者提交高质量的原创、未发表过的实验性或理论性研究论文，以供大会展示。提交至大会的文章应符合这些标准，且不得在其他期刊上发表。论文格式应严格遵循下方提供的论文模板。论文应以英文撰写，篇幅最多为八 (8) 页，包含图表、表格和参考文献的篇幅至少为四页。技术程序委员会将由各自领域的专家对论文进行同行评审。请勿多次提交论文，否则可能会导致您的论文被取消。

往期本会议检索情况

所有的投稿都必须经过2-3位评审专家审稿，经过严格的审稿之后，

最终所录用的论文将由IEEE出版，收录进IEEE Xplore数据库，

出版后提交EI, Scopus检索。（往届均已EI官网检索）
